Welcome to Paradise Hope Gifts. By using paradisehopegifts.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us Paradise Hope Gifts is an independent online gift shop. Our store runs on Shopify, and our products are made to order by our production partner.

2. Products and designs All designs are original artwork by Paradise Hope Gifts. We do our best to show products and colours accurately, but screens vary, and small differences in colour and print placement are normal for made-to-order items. Paradise Hope Gifts is an independent shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any religious organisation.

3. Orders and pricing All prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices or stop offering a product at any time, but this won't affect orders you've already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Payment Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Use of our designs All images, designs and text on this site belong to Paradise Hope Gifts. Please don't copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Products you buy are for your personal use or for giving as gifts.

7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

8. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
