Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost. A flat rate of $5.99 per order, however many items you choose.

Made to order. Each item is printed just for you by our production partner. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed. Busy times (such as the weeks before conventions and the holidays) can add a few days, so we recommend ordering early for events.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Multiple items. If you order more than one type of product, your items may arrive in separate packages. There's no extra charge for this.

Delays and lost parcels. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery times are in their hands, but we'll always help. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, email us and we'll look into it.

Address changes. Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually update it if your order hasn't gone into production yet.
